These are factory made (empty) leader pipes manufactured with 2 ply kraft paper and a plastic liner. They are 48 inches long and have an inside diameter of approximately 3/8" . Leader pipes are used to house blackmatch, essentially creating quickmatch to use for your aerial shells. Shooting smaller shells? Just cut the pipes in half ! Qty. 1 = 25 pipes
