Comes already mixed. Just add the oxidizer, Potassium Chlorate, which is sold separately.

This is a  non-energetic mixture only, not a kit. You will receive all the chemicals needed except the oxidizer, Potassium Chlorate, which you can order separately. Just add 27% Potassium Chlorate. When mixed you will have one pound of finished smoke mix.
